Believed to be 18th Century wax seal set. Case with blue velvet lining and what appears to be a marble handled stamp. Has 2 ends, one has the initials RBM, the other the Latin wording Deus Providbit meaning God will provide....and below that a family crest.
Handed down in my family from my g.g. grandfather Andrew H Bulger of War of 1812 notoriety. The family crest is that of the Bulger family. Who the initialed end is from I have no idea.
