Dear Rosemarie,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
The presented object appears to be a painting made in oil or acrylic paint on canvas with 2 x 3 feet measurements. The painting depicts a view of a city probably Paris, painted in a somewhat haphazard style. It is signed with the name Antonio DeVity, which is assumed to be an alias because such paintings are typical of artworks made as decorative art in Asia in the last third of the 20th century.
This piece is in good condition and no severe damage is visible in the images provided. A fair market estimation would be between 60 to 120 USD. This estimate is based on recently recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.
With kind regards,
Gregory
