This is a "Armstrong" (Elkhart-IND U.S.A) Tenor Saxaphone in decent condition. The model # is 2846743. There are some signs of wear, around the instrument. But overall in decent condition. I have multiple photos as well attached.
This instrument belonged to my Father. He was a Big Jazz lover & enthusiast ! He would play the instrument, on and off as a hobby. I don't know much about the history of the instrument. I would like to find out, after the appraisal.

Based on the estimated condition of this piece from photographs, a value in the mid-range of those examples was judged to be the appropriate pre-auction value of this instrument. An additional comparable was a very good to excellent example on eBay that sold in August for $295. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Armstrong-Tenor-Saxophone/174353949783?hash=item28984e2457:g:~OcAAOSw~GFfE4aE, setting the high mark of the midrange in conjunction with the Reverb examples.
Where did you obtain your sources and information, to help come up with the two appraisal estimates ? Can you please email me, with that information? Thank you !
