Hi Michael,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
I'm not convinced about the Art Nouveau/Secessionist / Jugendstil attribution as this looks more like Aesthetic Movement with Moorish influences but if you bought this from a dealer who is specialized in early 20th Century European lighting they might be correct, so I'll give it the benefit of the doubt, particularly since I can't see it in person (though your photos are great).
Regardless and having said all of that, this is a phenomenal chandelier. Arguably the best I've seen on the market in quite some time. In a well-publicized auction with specialists who are knowledgeable in early 20th Century American and European lighting, I could see this do very well with an estimate of $8,000-12,000, possibly exceeding that if the right marketing strategy is employed.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
An Aesthetic Movement, Jugendstil or Secessionist copper and glass chandelier

CONDITION: This chandelier appears to be in good condition; value assumes the prisms are original and complete.
PROVENANCE: Acquired at a gallery/from a dealer
