What does this mean?

This is a standing porcelain doll in traditional northern Chinese dress. The inscription on the inside is written in pre-1950s Chinese script, which is still used by some Chinese artisans, as well as in Taiwan and Hong Kong. The bright paints the artist used, especially the lip color, make me think it is from the 20th century. Figurines similar to this sell for between $25 and $75 at auction.
