Dear David,
Your room divider has been made in China around 1960 / 1970. It lacquered wood and bamboo and the appliques are made of limestone and other semi precious stones. Some of these have very high grade color and that is artificially done by putting the stones in color pigmented liquid. It looks in very good condition; all stones are still there and that is important. Antique room dividers can be very expensive but yours still need to age some to really make a good price. I feel if your room divider came to an auction it could fetch a price around the estimate I gave you.
