Dear Brab,
Your bowls is made in Japan around 1950 / 1960. It is hand painted porcelain made for export to western countries. There is a makers mark in the front and the back is also marked. Makers mark is Haruko. I could not find anything about this artist. Due to lack of age I believe this plate has no great value. I think the plate will have a price tag around the estimate I gave above.
