Thank you for your appraisal inquiry with Mearto. I apologize for the delay in your appraisal and thank you for your patience. The item presented appears to be a hand-colored lithograph by John T. Bowen (American, 1801-1856) after an ornithology illustration by John James Audubon (American, 1785 – 1851) titled "American Robin." The print is reported to measure about 6 x 9 1/2 inches. This measurement indicates that the print is from the Royal Octavo edition of "The Birds of America." The volumes were published by Bowen in Philadelphia between 1840 and 1871.
