Not sure where mask is from or who made it. It's made of wood, burlap, shells, hair and has paint on face. Also looks to have sacrificial blood stain on headdress.

A Zakpai or Zulu mask from most likely KwaZulu Natal in South Africa or Ivory Coast, carved by genuine Zulu tribesmen. This mask is said to have mystical powers and will protect the women of the house when pregnant and giving birth.
The stylistic features of this mask fit into the aesthetic canons of art dan, with an ovoid face, extruded features especially around the mouth and nose, surrounded by shells.
