Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a modern Cameo Glass vase, consisting of different layers of coloured an opaque white glass on opaque white / pink ground, bearing a Emile Gallé signature in relief.
Gallé vases have been reproduced since the 1940s, later in 1980s in Romania and today in China. There is only a decorative value to it unfortunately.
