Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be an asian "Bob Ross" style landscape painting depicting swans on a lake. The painting bears the signature "Bachler" , a search would lead to no result. The signatures used are usually common names like Woods, Smith, Carpenter etc. Most of these paintings are from Dafen in China, in the 1970s those were sold thru factory outlets in Hong Kong and then sold on to the US and european markets.
The estimate takes into account that the painting has a decorative frame.
