Hello, I've recently purchased a house with an entranceway that I'm looking to sell. See attached photos. It's approx. 456mm wide x 205mm high. Made from teak wood. I've got light fitting through the top at the moment, but you should be able to see from the photos that there are two panels that fit in these gaps.
Hello, this item is a Balinese three-piece carved teak entranceway, about 4.56 meters wide by 2.05 meters high. It features a central door framed by tall side panels and pierced floral and foliate carvings across the lintel and spandrels. The wood has a natural silvered patina from outdoor exposure, with age-related weathering, minor losses, and detached decorative side slats visible in the photos. Teak construction ensures strength and long service life, and the components appear substantial enough for reuse in a garden, courtyard, or hospitality setting after routine conservation.
Architectural Balinese teak gateways of this scale are desirable to designers and estate buyers. In the current market, comparable large sets trade at 2,000 to 4,000 USD depending on carving quality, completeness, and installation readiness, with top examples reaching 5,000 USD. Cleaning, tightening joints, refitting the carved slats, and applying a breathable exterior finish would improve presentation and saleability.
