This doll is part of Mattel’s Hollywood Legends Collection, which pays tribute to iconic characters from classic films. The Dorothy doll is modeled on the character Dorothy Gale from The Wizard of Oz (1939). It’s a Special Edition release, first issued in 1994. The catalog / model number is 12701 for the 1994 Dorothy special edition in this series, made in an edition of 2500, stood 11-1/2 inches tall, which is the standard Barbie size.

I've found a few other New-in-Box (NIB) Dorothy Barbies on sale online for between $75 and $80; when other NIB Dorothy Barbies have sold at auction recently, they usually sell between $35 and $55
