What does this mean?

Hi Kyle,

Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
Barry Bonds hit his 700th HR on Sept. 17, 2004, but since it says 700+, I'm guessing it was between that an 2007, when he got to 756 HRs.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

A Barry Bonds Commemorative Assembly
circa 2004-2007
featuring a large photo of Bonds celebrating his 700th HR (2004), six baseball cards and an engraved plaque commemorating his achievements; all framed together
CONDITION: not examined in person but appears to be in good condition.
$125-175*
*represents a fair-market value for auction purposes; retail or asking price may vary.

Please let us know if you have additional items to appraise, and thank you again for using Mearto.
