It was brought to my attention that these may be worth something, I am not sure. Maple the bear in package, Erin the bear in package, Britannia the bear in package, and Glory the bear in package. Glory’s plastic is yellowed, but all in good condition.
Mother purchased items and has stored them in a closet. They were never displayed.
Hi Trish,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
Some people have posted this set for four or even five figures on eBay but I have found no examples of any selling for anywhere near that kind of money at auction; typically, most Beanie Babies that are in their original packaging get about $10-15 at auction these days.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
Complete vintage Set of Four Ty International Beanie Babies
issued 1999
Comprising Maple the bear (Canada), Erin the bear (Ireland), Britannia the bear (England), and Glory the bear (United States) all in their original packaging.
CONDITION: all in their original packaging, some yellowing
PROVENANCE: original owner
$50-75*
