Dear Cindy,
Thank you for your patience and these perfectly focused images.
The presented object appears to be a double-barrel cap and ball percussion pistol with a total length of 8.25 inches. The barrel show proof marks two crowns with an U. This is the proof mark for foreign weapons in Germany. That means this elaborated pistol was probably made in Belgium and then exported to a German state in the middle or third quarter of the 19th century.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 300 to 600 USD.
This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.
With kind regards,
Georg
