So...that's a very good comparison but one with a retail price. The values Mearto assigns are fair-market, based on auctions rather than retail prices. In the event we can't find a reasonable auction comparable, we use the standard appraisal-industry multiplier in which the retail value is 3times the low estimate and/or twice the high estimate. ..which would make an auction estimate on this $300-500. I'll go ahead and adjust my valuation upward a bit now.
