The presented object appears to be a framed print, depicting a bear and bear tracks in a wintery landscape titled "Doubled Back" by Bev Doolittle. The print is hand-signed and numbered 2307/15000. From the images provided, it appears to be in excellent condition.

Prices for this print have been all over the place in the last 10 years. I've seen gallery asking prices exceed $3000, but we base our estimates on auction results. In 2023, the highest prices achieved at auction were $1200 and $1250:

The fact that yours has the COA and folio intact does appear to increase its value.

My estimate is a current fair market value of $1000 to 1500 USD, but retail and asking prices do vary.
