The presented object appears to be a figural weathervane with the measurements of 40” in high and 26” in wingspan. The weathervane was made out of copper and depicts a flying heron with widespread wings. Under the bird are the compass directions indicated. This piece was made in the 20th century.
Comparable objects were recently offered and sold on the international auction market.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 250 to 500 USD.
