I acquired a yellow blown glass chandelier from my handyman who got it from a house he was working on when the owner told him she didn't like it and to take it down. I was told that it was very expensive when purchased. I do not know who the designer is but I wonder if it is a Chihuly piece since the previous homeowner told the new owner that it was very expensive and she was appalled that the new owner did not like it. Each piece looks like a light bulb with a long swirly tail. Those pieces hung from tiers (I believe there are 3 rings or tiers on the metal support structure, but I took each piece of glass off because they were starting to break when the handyman placed it in my car). The piece overall was in good condition but dusty. Now a few of the pieces are broken, but I kept them all even the broken pieces. I am trying to find out if it is a piece that is a collectible or not. If so, I would like to sell it.
I am not sure, I did not get to measure it before I took all of the glass pieces off so that no more would break.
