Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a late Meiji era Arita blue and white baluster vase with imitation Kangxi era double circle mark. The vase in your possession is decorated with birds among chrysanthemum and foliage, the neck with a row of swastica and triangles. The estimate is based on similar items sold at auction.
iron or other imperfections in the kaolin. Happens. Modern reproductions are often too perfect, so this is a good sign.

What are the grey tiny spots at the lower part of the body -as shown in the last photo, showing the base. It seems to be under the glaze. Is this common with wares of this type.
