From my research that I did online I found these bottles or similar bottles in an auction at Christie's in 2011 the UK they sold. They are Bohemian era decanters made for the Persian market. A local antiques dealer confirmed they were Bohemian era decanters

A pair of exceptional Bohemian Persian style parcel gilt and enameled cobalt glass decanters
probably French, late 19th Century
Each of circular section with tall knopped and tapering stoppers over knopped necks, the bulbous body profusely decorated overall with C-scroll, stylized foliate and latticework. Unsigned.
each 17-1/2 inches tall
CONDITION: both appear to be in good condition; value assumes no chips, breaks, repairs or losses.
PROVENANCE: acquired at a second hand store
$2,000-3,000 for the pair*
