Green marble and bronze desk clock. It looks old but there is a battery compartment inside. I see no names or engraving of a manufacturer but it is extremely heavy
Given from a closing funeral home
Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a last quarter 20th century mantel Clock of polished gloss gilt bronze and black color marble. The case in lyre form flanked by two Fauns, having lost the garland they once were holding, resting on a marble plinth. With a battery operated clockwork. Such reproduction mantel clocks were manufactured in Italy and sold under the brand name "imperial". The estimate is based on similar sold at auction.
