This appears to be an oil on canvas painting by Bruno ZUPAN (1939), depicting a boathouse or house near a coastline with small boats lying on the beach, signed "Zupan" lower right and possibly dated "76" lower left. The predominant colours are orange and ochre and dark blue and green. Beach scenes in general are usually easy to sell. The estimate is based on similar paintings recently sold at auction.
