Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. The vitrine or china cabinet has a front of quarter sawn or so called tiger oak veneer and faceted glass. It was made in the first quarter of the 20th century. This type of furniture was popular among the middle class for display of china and silver items. Today the general taste has shifted and the prices for vitrines have dropped.
