“T.C. Butterfield - 102” inscribed on sword and scabbard. Sword measures 40”; metal/stainless scabbard measures almost 36”. Scabbard has 2 rings. Sword appears to have leather wound grip. Cage or guard covers hand when holding. Tip is sharp, blade is not. Seems to have not been restored or polished as some Patina is showing.
Ww2 vet grandfather collected old weapons. This was part of his collection.
