Dear Craig,
Thank you for your request. Thank you for the additional images and your patience. The apprised object is highly probably a facsimile of a proclamation autographed by Queen Elisabeth the Second, the Canadian Prime Minister Lester Bowles Pearson and the Minister of Justice which or Attorney general. The main argument that this is a facsimile is that the seal is printed and not embossed.
This piece is in good condition and there are no serious damages visible.
An estimation would be between 10 to 20 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.

Georg
We have comared this autograph with the original and they are different. We believe that her signature is authentic
Dear Craig,
Sadly it is impossible to judge from an image if a signature is authentic. The shape and the style of the signatures are comparable with other autographs of Queen Elizabeth II. Have a close look at the line of the signature itself. Is it is printed the color of the ink is very evenly.
With best regards,
Georg
Hello Georg, we have since had this autograph authorized. It is indeed the original. We already knew the document was, of course, a duplicate. What is it worth now? If you indeed saw that is was not a copy, but an authenticated signature. The original sits in Ottawa behind a glass air controlled box.
Her signature alone is worht upwards of 27k. What would all three be, and also the gold is real on the document. It is also watermarked " Rag Cotton" Only official government documents use this. Does this change anything?
Dear Craig,
If the autograph of Queen Elisabeth II. is authentic I first have to gratulate you to this rare object. The signature of the Queen is the most precious detail of this proclamation. The cause why this was signed by hand is mystified. Nevertheless, there are many autographs of Queen Elisabeth II. on the market so we can adapt these comparables to an estimation.
A base auction estimation would be between 2.000 to 4.000 USD.
This estimation does not serve as an authentification.
