It is a copy of an italian early 20th century genre painting, depicting an elderly woman from Naples. The painting is sold lower right W.chamberlin with a lowercase "C", a mistake common among chinese painters from the so called "painting village" in Dafen China. Such paintings were sold in department stores or online for home decor purposes. Similar ( rolled up without a frame) can be ordered from China for less than 10 USD including shipping today. The estimate is based on recent auction results for similar paintings. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the item.
