Hi, I recently inherited my grandfather's Cartier watch. It could be a 1930s Tank, but I am not clear. I know nothing else.

Cartier -A Gentleman's 18ct Gold Manual Wind Wristwatch, 1930's
the cream coloured dial with Arabic & baton numerals with seconds dial, the back inscribed P.S 25 Years C.M.L.P & Co A716298, on black leather strap.
Movement needs verification that it is European Watch Co (for Cartier)
