What does this mean?

This is a vintage 20th century tall 18" ceramic flange handled vase that was made in Belgium by Losson, note not Losser. Losson Pottery was located in the Belgian town of Bouffioulx which is also where Guerin and Biron potteries were located. Losson was active from the 1930s through 1960s and this is likely from the late period. The decoration is incised in to the surface and various color glazes are used. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
