This print of Moses receiving the 10 commandments was owned by my Father Frederick Praeger. I believe he bought it in NYC in the 1960s.

The presented object appears to be a lithograph print on paper with the measurements of 14 x 10 inches. The title of this print is "Moses Receiving the Tablets of the Law" and this color lithograph was printed by Mourlot and published in Paris by Teriade for Verve in 1956 for a special edition devoted exclusively to Chagall's original Bible art. The print appears to be signed by hand and numbered by Marc Chagall (1887 - 1985) with 36/75 pieces.
Works by this artist were recently offered and sold on the international auction market.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
