Chandler with porcelain roses
All I Know It I believe it came from Italy it belong to a former mayor that came out of his mansion in Momence Illinois it works the original wiring in there and I believe it is brass with porcelain roses
As I said it came out of the mayor of Momence Illinois Mansion back in the 70s it was given to my father and we hung it in our house is still works to this day and I believe it was from Italy I have read up that he had a lot of stuff in that house from there
