This is a fine art painting that is antique. It is a painting of a girl in a black hat that from any angle is always watching. The painting with the girl in black hat is signed by "Charles". Also, there are two other painting of a city in the background. Those two painting are signed by Sardim. The last picture is a painting in a frame with a sun, tree and a lake in the background. All pictures are included.

The painting signed Charles featuring a girl in back hat is from the mid 20th century. Technically an antique, by definition in the US, is any object 100 years old and older. This work is vintage and it is a copy or rendition of English 18th century portrait paintings in the ilk of Reynolds and Gainsborough. The work is intended as decorative wall art moreso than fine art for investment purposes. It is not executed in an Academic nor masterful way. The artist is not listed, this was possibly produced in an art factory setting in China and and the name is likely fictional. The estimate varies by size and is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
