We can only appraise one item per submission. This appraisal is for the Mickey Mouse relief (the opposite of a mold). Unless there are any maker's marks on this item - have you checked the reverse?- it seems quite possible that it is a relief panel of a 1930's-style Mickey Mouse. It was likely painted and the paint has worn off, although some remnants remain visible. I have not seen this item before, but I don't believe it to be highly valuable. It seems that it is a vintage decorative object. If you are looking to sell, I would suggest Ebay. Collectors of Mickey Mouse are an educated group and will determine what the item is worth.
