What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be an early 20th century multiple purpose buffet and china cabinet. The flowing outlines are typical for the art nouveau period, the brass pulls can be dated to the 1880s. The softwood shows a beautiful reddish patina, the overall condition seems to be good. The estimate is based on similar furniture offered or sold at auction. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to it.
