Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a snuff bottle of recent production. The black outlines are actually printed and not applied by hand, only the blotches of colour have been painted / applied by hand. The black outlines were printed on a polyurethane film which was then rolled out inside the bottle and attached to the glas using a transparent resin. Such bottles have been around for about ten years, they are deceiving the buyers and I would therefore call it a fake.
