Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be what you suggested, a painting by Chris DERUBEIS (1978) depicting a sea turtle surrounded by blue water, signed by the artist. The estimate is based on similar sold at auction. A serious collector or environmentalist might be willing to pay more than the high estimate.
