What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be last quarter 19th century farm bell, most likely cast by the The Charles Singleton Bell Company in Hillsboro Ohio. Near identical bells with the company name C.S.Bell or C.S.Bell Co. or The C.S.Bell Co were sold at auction. The foundry produced for retailers and catalogues, in these cases the company name is not visible on the yoke. The estimate is based on similar sold at auction. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the item.
