A gold pin measuring 1.75" in diameter, stamped 14k on the back. I had sent it to Sell My Gold but their offer was too low so they returned it. I am sending a photo of the label they put on it. My grandfather owned a jewelry manufacturing business in Manhattan, NY. It was named Lindsay & Co and I believe they are still in business today. I believe my grandfather had this piece made for my grandmother. It is not something I would wear and I don't feel anyone in the family would appreciate it.

Is the value is based on the gold content or as a piece of jewelry? Thank you, Pam
