It is a beautiful pearl and jade necklace. Such vintage jewellery are being offered at auction on a regular basis.
This necklace also has a lovely classic design and a very elegant air about it. The colour of the jade is lovely and the way the pearls and jade is put together makes it very unique. The gold lock is also a nice feature. It was probably made in the last part of the 20th century.

The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised online jewellery auction, where I believe the jade and pearl necklace has the best chance of realising its fullest potential. However, there is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the necklace. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
