Custom Diamond Engagement Ring + Wedding Band
Attached are EGL diamond report (October 2010) + invoice for custom engagement ring (built Dec. 2010) and wedding band (built 2012) at Green Lake Jewelry in Seattle, Washington Engagement Ring Description: Custom cast 14k x-1 White Gold Leaf & Vine Mounting for 1.01ct Round Diamond. Size 6. Mounting has (6) bead set round diamonds (1.5, 1.3, 1.0mm), 1 in each of the (6) leaves, and (6) bezel set 1.0mm round diamonds along the vines, 3 on each side of the center stone (12 diamonds totaling 0.09ctw). Pierced work begins halfway up the shank with double knot and has (2) fabricated filigree curls on each side. Mounting tapers from 6mm to 1.8mm at the base of the round shank, polish finish, size 5.5. (Note: ring was later recast to Size 6). Completed December 21, 2010. Leaf and curl elements cover top 3/4 of band. Bead set (5) ~1mm round white diamonds (.02ctw) in center of leaf shapes with milligram edge. Round, straight ring shank. Polish finish. Size 5.75.

I notice that the appraisal says that you were unable to value the ring with the wedding band included. The first photo (taken from above and at an angle) includes the wedding band resting atop the engagement ring. The second photo of the diamond head-on is the engagement ring alone. Does this information affect your appraisal in any way? Thank you. -Ryan Jager
