Teak Danish style slat back folding chair. I have two of these. They measure 36” high, the seat is 21” wide, seat height is 16.5” . They are made with nails, no screws. In excellent condition.
My second aunt. Where she got them is unknown.
Good morning, Tami,
Thank you for using Mearto for your appraisal inquiry.
These look very much like chairs Hans Wegner designed; the design has been copied but originals can still bring some good money. Is there a brand or label that would identify the maker? I've evaluated these as copies so please let me know if you have reason to believe they are the originals.
Based on the photographs and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

Sorry, I meant Hans Wegner. Is the $300-$500 appraisal per chair or for the two?
It's for the pair. If you don't see any marks or labels, these are almost certainly reproductions and worth the price quoted: $300-500 for the pair.
Is there a way to tell if these are Hans Werner? I do not see any makers mark/signature on the chairs.
