Considering the photographs, overall pattern, stone quality and the composition,
I concluded that this is a beautiful necklace from David Yurman's Infinity collection. All the body and the chain of the necklace are made of silver. Piece has a very elegant design and made of quality materials. The semi-precious gem at the center of the piece is a brownish and quite transparent Morganite. It is one of many semi-precious stones used in this collection. Has a lobster style clasp.

D.Y. initials on the back of course represents David Yurman. David Yurman is a brand and a very famous jewelry maker, he has a background as a sculptor. His brand expectedly follows his design route. 925 is the number for the silver's authenticity. The morganite stone is a cushion cut piece. As stated by the owner, the piece has it's original bag with it.
