Thank you for your appraisal inquires with Mearto. The item presented appears to be a colored aquatint after a painting by Francis Calcraft Turner (English, circa 1782 - 1846). The print was engraved and published by W. Stevens (19th/20th century) after an illustration by John Ferneley Sr. (English, 1782 - 1860) after the painting by Turner.

The print depicts a typical English sporting or fox hunting scene. The Virginia Museum of Fine Art has another example of this print in the collection. - https://www.vmfa.museum/piction/6027262-8140461/
