I'm unfamiliar with antique glass and this was an inherited set. I was unable to find any markings that may help me determine the manufacture.
Not sure the origin but has been in Texas for quite some time.
This is a vintage mid 20th century decanter set done in a light blue hand blown glass with 22k gold painted decoration. Although the gold is real, there is no longer a precious metal meltdown value as the cost to extract the gold would exceed the value of the amount extracted. This style is attributed sometimes to being Murano from Italy and also Bohemian glass produced in then Czechoslovakia. They are also listed occasionally as Romanian glass. Thus cataloguing the set as 'Continental' glass is the general alternative. Regardless of the origin listed, these sets sell in the same range on today's market. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables.
