It is a beautiful 10kt gold and diamond pendant. Such vintage jewellery are being offered at auction on a regular basis.
The design of the pendant is very elegant and fashionable. The heartshaped decoration on the side is a lovely decoration and adds a nice touch. The size of the pendant is good, however it is hard to tell the size, clarity and colour of the diamonds used based on the photograph. It appears to be in good condition without any signs of use or wear.

The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised online jewellery auction, where I believe the pendant has the best chance of realising its fullest potential. However, there is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the gold and diamond pendant. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
