The image does appear to be signed "Schroeder," dated December 14, 1973, and numbered 2 of an edition of 25. The edition is quite limited. Therefore there does not seem to be another example of this edition on the market. The signature does not match any listed artists by the name of "Schroeder." The profile image was reproduced and recreated by many artists throughout the years, including Andy Warhol.
