Dizzy the Dancing Fool stick doll
This is approximately 80 years old. Marketed by Associated Syndicate. Box says patent pending. The wooden doll, plank and box are all in good condition.

It is a charming toy. Such vintage and antique toys are being offered at auction on a regular basis.
It is a very charming antique kind of novelty toy, from the photos it appears to be in good condition with only minor signs of wear and use. It was made in the US in the first part of the 1900s - and the date 1935 fits quite well with the design and idea about wooden toys. It is a chamring toy that I believe would attract the attention of both collectors and dealers if it came up for auction.
The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised online toys auction, where I believe the Dancing fool has the best chance of realising its fullest potential. However, there is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to your fathers old toy. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
