Ethnic dolls have a fairly soft market at the moment; it's quite rare for individual dolls to sell for more than $50 at auction.

Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

A vintage Continental celluloid character doll
Possibly German, mid 20th Century
With red hat, cropped brown hair, white blouse, red vest and black overdress over blue skirts or pants. Presumably unmarked.
10-13 inches tall
CONDITION: This doll appears to be in good condition with some wear commensurate to age and use.
PROVENANCE: Inherited
