Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

A vintage Spanish papier mache or pressed fabric Flamenco dancer doll
mid 20th Century
With painted head, wearing traditional Flamenco bolero jacket, tiered skirt and carrying the traditional hat. Presumed unsigned.
12 inches tall
CONDITION: This doll appears to be in good condition with some wear commensurate to age and use.
